- Most hotels require a credit card to hold a room reservation and in some cases a deposit may be required.
- If you need to cancel your hotel/resort/etc. reservation, please do so in advance to avoid any possible cancellation penalties. (Please refer to your travel agent for specific details.)
- Credit card is required at check-in for incidentals such as: long distance phone calls, mini-bar use, room service, etc.
- Requests can be made such as smoking preference, location of room, size of bed(s), special occasion. Please discuss this with your agent.
- Check-in is usually between 3-4 p.m. and check-out is usually between 11a.m-12 p.m. Early check-in or late check out can be requested. Please check with your agent for specific details.
- Some hotels collect local resort fees and or taxes upon check out.
- Some hotels may require a damage deposit, especially during spring break/holiday or peak season.
